Behavioral Health Partner

Schedule: Night shift 7pm-7:30am. 3x12hr shifts per week with weekend and holiday requirements. Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Behavioral Health Partner provides direct 1:1 care and observation for patients including those with complex behavior and/or mental health needs under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 1+ years of medical/clinical experience preferred. Psych Tech certification, Psych Aide certification or Behavior tech training/certification preferred. Experience working with complex behavior or mental health patients preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education/Licensure/Certification: High School Graduate or GED, or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience. Current BLS from American Heart Association required. Completes crisis intervention, de-escalation training within 30 days of hire.
