About the role
The Behavioral Health Tech / Mental Health Tech position at Center for Behavioral Health Osage Beach is a full-time dayshift opportunity designed to support the provision of psychiatric care to adult patients requiring inpatient hospitalization due to mental health issues.
Responsibilities
- Perform related duties as assigned by RN.
- Maintain clean and orderly patient care areas, equipment, and supplies.
- Interact with patients on an individual and group basis.
- Conduct groups with adult populations.
- Maintain compliance with staff training.
- Ensure health and safety of all patients by observing mental and physical condition of patients on each shift.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED required. CNA preferred.
Experience: One (1) year experience in acute behavioral health setting preferred.
Computer skills preferred.
Qualifications

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
