Behavioral Health Direct Care Technician (2nd Shift)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Technician for Full‑Time, Second Shift (4 pm – 12 am including every other weekend) at our Facility Based Clinic in Washington, NC. In this role you will influence change and shape futures by providing and maintaining a therapeutic and safe group environment, attending to the welfare and basic needs of clients, and delivering informal counseling in the detox center that involves behavioral techniques, reality therapy, supportive encouragement, and socialization skills.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid state‑appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles used for work
Qualifications
- Peer support certification or CNA certification (a plus)

Competitive Salary: $16.82 per hour
Schedule
Full‑Time, Second Shift: 4 pm – 12 am during the week and every other weekend
