About the role
The Harvard-affiliated CHA Department of Psychiatry is seeking a Social Worker to join their team. CHA provides compassionate care to a diverse patient population through an established network of ambulatory clinics, an urgent care site, and two full-service hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to children and families in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress
- Document clinical notes and maintain accurate records
- Participate in supervision and continuing education activities to support professional growth
- Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including HIPAA compliance
Requirements
- Current MA licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW
- Masters degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
- A minimum of 1 year post-degree experience, or equivalent, in a clinical setting
- Basic computer skills in electronic or online systems for communication, clinical, and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with child systems and bi-lingual preference
