About the role

This is a 20-hour position with benefits, located in MaineHealth Saco Pediatrics, a well-established practice offering complete care to all ages. This practice is well versed in integrating behavioral health into the patient experience. They value the partnership with behavioral health clinicians and work collaboratively to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide screening, assessments, and focused brief treatment to patients of the practice.
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Participate in curbside consultation to providers.
  • Link patients to additional services and supports.
  • Engage in population health activities targeting the health and wellbeing of specific groups of people.

Requirements

  • Current Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Education: Master’s degree in social work, Clinical Counseling, Addiction Treatment, or related field.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Licensed LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT from the respective licensing board of the State of Maine.
  • Experience: At least two years of behavioral health experience including employment as a conditionally licensed clinician.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working with all age groups.
  • Knowledge of and interest in treating substance use disorders is preferred.

Pay

Up to $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Behavioral Health Clinicians!

Schedule

20 Hours/week, Part-time, Day shift
