About the role

For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for all eligible Behavioral Health Clinicians! Eligible candidates are hired into a full- or part-time position. Bonus amount prorated for part-time hires; per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth members are ineligible until greater than 3 months of separation from employment.

Requirements

• Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Masters Social Worker – Clinical Conditional (LMSW-CC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor – Conditional (LCPC-c), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Conditional (LMFT-c)

Education

• Master’s degree in social work, Clinical Counseling, Addiction Treatment, or related field

Experience

• At least two years of behavioral health experience including employment as a conditionally licensed clinician

Pay

• The pay range for this position is $71,448.00 to $96,636.80 per year
• Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE)
