Behavioral Health Clinician II

For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for all eligible Behavioral Health Clinicians! Eligible candidates are hired into a Full or Part time position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires; per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 3 months of separation from employment.

Requirements

• Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Masters Social Worker - Clinical Conditional (LMSW-CC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor - Conditional (LCPC-c), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Conditional (LMFT-c) is required.

Responsibilities

The role of Behavioral Health Clinician II, working under an independent license, involves providing comprehensive care and support to clients with behavioral health needs. The key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments
• Developing treatment plans
• Providing direct care through individual, group, and family therapy sessions

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in social work, Clinical Counseling, Addiction Treatment, or related field
• License/Certifications: Licensed LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT from the respective licensing board of the State of Maine Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation (OPOR)
• Experience: At least two years of behavioral health experience including employment as a conditionally licensed clinician

Pay

• The pay range for this position is $71,448.00 to $96,636.80 per year.
• Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
