Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
  • Valid Colorado licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health settings.
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.
