Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
- Valid Colorado licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health settings.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.
