The Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician II position at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless requires providing clinical services to individuals experiencing homelessness. Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling)
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting
• Pass a background check
