About the role

I Am Boundless is hiring a Behavioral Health Clinician. Boundless is a non-profit organization specializing in assisting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) and has been serving Ohio for over 40 years. The organization aims to build a world that realizes the boundless potential of all people.

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral health services, including therapy and case management services to children, adolescents, adults, and families under the training and supervision of an independently licensed clinician.
  • Receive regular, in-depth clinical supervision and case review to ensure appropriate clinical training, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Provide individual, group, or family services in assigned treatment programs, offices, or community-based settings (homes, schools, and other community settings).
  • Treatment of low to moderate acuity cases with more supervision for high acuity cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work.
  • Licensed through the State of Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant certifications (training will be provided if not already certified).
  • Valid Ohio Driver's license and insurable driving record.

Qualifications

  • Experience in providing behavioral health services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of developmental disabilities and related disorders.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, with flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs.
