About the role
We are seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health to coordinate patient care, develop clinical programs, and ensure safety within behavioral health units. The role involves exercising independent judgment, overseeing daily operations, and leading a team with a focus on compassionate, ethical care aligned with recognized standards and care models.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Developing and maintaining clinical programs and operational safety.
- Handling clinical and operational issues with accountability.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Alaska Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist license.
- At least 5 years of behavioral health or social services experience.
- Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
