About the Role

Oversee clinical and operational aspects of behavioral health units, ensuring compassionate, ethical patient care aligned with recognized standards and care models.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate team efforts in delivering patient-centered care
  • Develop and manage clinical programs
  • Ensure safety and effective daily operations
  • Exercise independent judgment on clinical and operational issues

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field
  • Alaska Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist license
  • At least 5 years of behavioral health or social services experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in management or supervision
