Responsibilities
- Coordinate team efforts in delivering patient-centered care
- Develop and manage clinical programs
- Ensure safety and effective daily operations
- Exercise independent judgment on clinical and operational issues
Requirements
- Master's Degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field
- Alaska Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist license
- At least 5 years of behavioral health or social services experience
- Minimum of 3 years in management or supervision
