Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field
- Alaska Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist license upon hire
- Minimum of 5 years experience in behavioral health or social services
- At least 3 years in management or supervisory roles
