About the role
Protocol provides cancer-specific behavioral health treatment by partnering with oncology clinics and cancer centers. Protocol's approach meets patients where they are emotionally, logistically, and financially, delivering high-quality mental health support through the collaborative care model, integrated directly into oncology treatment centers.

- Communicate and collaborate with oncology teams about patient progress and recommendations and attend care coordination meetings as needed.
- Maintain a patient caseload targeting 65% patient-facing time.
- Participate in initial and ongoing training required by Protocol.
