Behavioral Health Administrator

About the Role

TCC offices are located in the heart of two larger cities (Buffalo, NY and Erie, PA) in a quaint, low cost of living area where you can find wine country, hiking trails, surrounding lakes and water activities, the home of Lucille Ball and the National Comedy Center. TCC continues to grow and expand in multiple ways, and this position is moldable. We offer a number of services (chiropractic care, nutritional care, OT/PT/Speech, tele-rheumatology, etc.), including a mobile unit and an on-site pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of managing the Behavioral Health Department.
• Oversee treatment of patients.
• Develop staffing standards and ensure staffing is consistent with credentials and patient care needs.
• Prepare and monitor department budget.
• Work with other departments and agencies to ensure efficiencies.
• Keep up to date on behavioral health services based on need assessments and financial considerations.

Requirements

• Minimum LCSW-R, Doctoral level degree in Psychology, Psychiatry or related mental health field.
• Licensed to practice in New York State.
• At least 4 years full-time paid experience in clinical management in an OMH Licensed or FQHC setting.
• Experience in an integrated behavioral health model and NYS Art 28, 31, and 32 regulations.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, Microsoft Office, and computer knowledge.
• Cultural and linguistic sensitivity to populations served.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Subject to drug screening, medical exam, and reference check.

Pay

Up to $270,000.00/year.
