About the role

Guidelight Health is a cutting-edge behavioral healthcare company dedicated to transforming lives through high-quality PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) and IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) services. This full-time, onsite position in Andover, MA supports the PHP/IOP Clinic with normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism upon arrival at the facility.
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth transitions between appointments.
  • Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing inquiries as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring that it reflects the welcoming atmosphere of Guidelight Health.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, managing patient records, and updating databases.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to address patient needs and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Background in behavioral health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills required.
  • Knowledge of mental health terminology and procedures is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree.

Pay

Pay Range: $25 USD - $32 USD
