About the role
Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Behavior Therapist to work out of our Approved Private Special Education Program (ALL Academy), providing services to children who have been outplaced due to social, behavioral, and/or academic needs.
Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of Special Education Teachers and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to implement each student’s educational and behavioral programs.
- Collaborate with service providers, including School Psychologists, Speech and Language Pathologists, and Occupational/Physical Therapists.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field strongly preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience providing direct support to children with disabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with a collaborative approach.

Pay
$36,000 - $46,000 per year, based on education and experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
