Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical behavior reduction programs and clinical instruction based on the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis to clients of Diversity Bx, LLC in the home, community, center, and school settings.
• Collect data on skill acquisition programs and behaviors throughout each session.
• Report to the clinical supervision team with any programing concerns, new behaviors, or parent concerns within 24 hours.
• Administer duties, case management, clinical duties, and internal communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• CPR or BLS Certification Preferred
• Registered Behavior Technician Credential Preferred
• NPI Number Required

Skills

• Accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly
• Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Professional appearance based on Diversify Bx’s dress code policy
• Proficient in the use of technology (e.g., computer, smartphone, tablet)
• Implement clinical protocols
• Adequate physical abilities to lift up to 50 pounds, sit for extended periods, and move quickly as needed

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
