ANNA Autism Care is hiring passionate Behavior Therapists (BTs) to deliver evidence-based, 1 on 1 therapy to children with Autism using the Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach. If you're looking for a career in autism therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), or child development, you will receive extensive training and clinical supervision when working at our center-based Autism care center.

About the Role

  • Starting pay: $24–$26/hr
  • Full-time, 25–35 hours per week with a stable clinic-based schedule
  • Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (no evenings or weekends)
  • Work with 5-7 clients in a clinical pod

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision to teach new skills in communication and socialization while reducing any challenging, injurious behaviors
  • Deliver play-based, child-centered therapy using the NDBI framework
  • Collect accurate session data and communicate progress with clinical supervisors
  • Build positive relationships with children and families, providing caregivers with daily updates
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment

Requirements

  • Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Passionate about working with children with Autism and eager to grow in the ABA field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to perform physically active tasks: sitting on the floor, crawling, running, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining close proximity to clients during sessions

Qualifications

  • Degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or related field preferred (not required)
  • Experience working with children preferred
