Job Responsibilities
Provide ABA Therapy to children with autism in our Snohomish Treatment Center.
Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect and record data on the child’s progress and behavior.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Some college hours or a degree in a related field (preferred).
- Experience in childcare, education, or other child-related fields (preferred).
Growth Opportunities
- Potential for advancement after just 6 months with an RBT certification.
- Opportunity to enter our Supervised Fieldwork program to become a LaBA, BCaBA, or BCBA after 6 months.
