What You’ll Do:
- Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans
- Building skills through play, connection, and the kind of presence that helps a child feel safe enough to try
- Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology
- Creating a safe, positive environment for every child you work with
- Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days

- No RBT? $18.24 - $20.00
- Obtained your RBT? Start at $19.19 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $22.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT

What We’re Looking For:
- Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks
- Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days
- Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services — experience with children is a plus
- Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment — we'll prepare you
- Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed
