A dynamic opportunity for an experienced Behavior Technician in Rocklin, CA. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on individual needs
- Monitor and document student progress regularly
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide consistent support
- Conduct assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Ensure all activities adhere to safety protocols and legal requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students and families
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of ABA techniques
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
