Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00-$24.00/hour depending on experience and RBT certification level
- Higher starting rates available for experienced RBTs

What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
- Interact with clients and caregivers throughout sessions
- Create engaging, fun, and motivating learning environments for children
- Collaborate daily with your clinical team
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Monday to Friday schedule
- No weekends required
- Full-time roles: consistent shift options: 8:00am-4:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm
- Part-time roles: flexible scheduling based on availability and clinic needs

Qualifications
- RBT certification
- Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings required (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields)
- Ability to think on your feet, stay engaged, and create a positive, interactive environment for children
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- This is an active, hands-on role. You'll spend time on your feet, on the floor, and actively engaging with children throughout the day. You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and responding quickly to movement as needed.
