Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
  • Interact with clients and caregivers throughout sessions
  • Create engaging, fun, and motivating learning environments for children
  • Collaborate daily with your clinical team

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time and part-time opportunities available, Monday to Friday schedule, with no weekends required. Full-time roles have consistent shift options: 8:00am-3:30pm or 11:00am-6:30pm. Part-time roles have flexible scheduling based on availability and clinic needs. Services are delivered across clinic, home, and community settings, with strong clinic-based support.

Growth & Career Path

Four-level RBT career path with structured opportunities for growth, promotion, and increased earnings. Clear progression from Behavior Technician → Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) → Senior RBT → Lead RBT. Promotional opportunities are reviewed twice per year based on demonstrated skill and competency growth. There is also a Structured Fieldwork Program with 1:1 BCBA mentorship and up to $15,000 incentive opportunity tied to successful completion of the Fieldwork Program and BCBA readiness milestones.

Qualifications

  • RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days - paid training provided)
  • Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings required (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields)
  • Ability to think on your feet, stay engaged, and create a positive, interactive environment for children
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation
