Behavior Technician (RBT) - Paid Training

About the role

At Soar Autism Center, Behavior Technicians help children ages 2–6 with autism learn, communicate, and grow through play. Our care is based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This is a great early career opportunity to build hands-on experience in psychology and child development while making a meaningful impact every day. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about helping children grow and may come from childcare, daycare, paraprofessional, direct support, behavioral health, education, or caregiving backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
