Pay

$20 - $24.50 / hour. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English or another language) earn an additional $1.00/hour premium pay when matched with bilingual-required client sessions. $500-$1000 bonus for candidates based on experience.

Schedule

Set weekday schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm. Guaranteed 30 hours once you complete paid training and obtain RBT certification. Block scheduling, working in teams.

Responsibilities

  • Teach children while playing, following individualized treatment plans
  • Observe, play, and collect data to write progress notes
  • Help children learn essential life skills such as motor, social, and emotional skills
  • Work on goals that shape challenging behaviors into communication skills
  • Make a meaningful difference in the life of a child

Requirements

  • Paid prior experience working with kids (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school setting, ABA) preferred
  • High energy, playful, creative, and able to think on your feet
  • Dependable and reliable for clients and their families
  • Physical ability to constantly get up and down from the floor and move quickly
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable learning data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Desire to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care
  • Interest in working with evidence-based, scientifically proven methods
  • Fluent in English; Spanish fluency highly preferred
