Pay

$20 - $24.50 / hour

  • Increase for RBT certification
  • Additional $1.00/hour premium pay when matched with bilingual-required client sessions (bilingual in Spanish/English or another language)
  • $500-$1000 bonus for candidates based on experience

Schedule

  • Set weekday schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
  • Guaranteed 30 hours once you complete paid training and obtain RBT certification
  • Block scheduling, working in teams

Responsibilities

  • Teach kids while playing and following a treatment plan specific to each child
  • Observe, play, and collect data to write progress notes
  • Help kids learn essential life skills such as motor skills, social skills, and emotional skills
  • Work on goals with children to shape challenging behaviors into communication skills
  • Make a difference in the life of a child

Requirements

  • Paid prior experience working with kids (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school setting, ABA) preferred
  • High energy, playful, creative, and able to think on your feet
  • Dependable and reliable for clients and their families
  • Ability to constantly get up and down off the floor and move quickly
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable learning data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Desire to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care
  • Interest in working with evidence-based methods grounded in science
  • Fluent in English and Spanish highly preferred
