ABS Kids is an equal-opportunity employer. Part-time shifts are available for entry-level Behavior Technicians through seasoned RBTs.
Pay
- $20 - $24.50 per hour
- Additional $1.00 per hour premium pay when matched with bilingual-required client sessions (bilingual in Spanish/English or another language)
- $500–$1000 bonus for candidates based on experience
- Pay increase upon RBT certification
Schedule
- Set weekday schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Guaranteed 30 hours per week after completing paid training and obtaining RBT certification
- Block scheduling, working in teams

Responsibilities
- Teach children while playing, following individualized treatment plans
- Observe, play, and collect data to write progress notes
- Help children develop essential life skills, including motor, social, and emotional skills
- Work on goals that shape challenging behaviors into communication skills
- Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children
Requirements
- Paid prior experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school setting, ABA) preferred
- High energy, playful, creative, and able to think on your feet
- Dependable and reliable for clients and their families
- Physical ability to constantly get up and down from the floor and move quickly
- Tech-savvy: comfortable learning data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Desire to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care
- Interest in working with evidence-based, scientifically proven methods
- Fluent in English; Spanish fluency highly preferred
