About the role
Responsible for providing behavior support services in a center-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Monitor and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Provide training to staff on behavior management techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current certification as a Behavior Intervention Practitioner (BIP)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting students with behavioral challenges
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
