About the Role
We are seeking Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with patients in home, school, and community settings throughout North Carolina. Placement is based on location and availability.
Responsibilities
- Consistently implement treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA direction
- Prepare program materials and treatment protocols covering domains such as toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skills
- Adhere to time and attendance policies, maintaining regular and reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure quality and consistent patient care
- Adhere to Headway ABA policies and procedures
Requirements
- Must have RBT certification or be willing to receive RBT certification within 60 days of hire
- High School Diploma (relevant college degree and coursework is preferred)
- Desire to work with children and experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred
- Commitment to become certified and maintain RBT certification
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Clean driving record and proof of automobile insurance
Pay
Hourly rate: $18.00 - $28.00
