About the role
A dedicated Behavior Technician/RBT is needed to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans, providing positive reinforcement, and documenting progress.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide positive reinforcement and redirection
- Document and report on progress
- Collaborate with families and team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Passing score on a background check
