Behavior Technician (RBT)
About the Role
SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Lexington, OH. Work one-on-one with children using individualized ABA treatment plans to teach communication, daily living, and social skills. Collect data, collaborate with supervising BCBAs, and support families through parent training and consistent communication.
This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans
- Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
- Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
- Support families through parent training and consistent communication
Requirements
- 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- A passion for helping children grow and succeed
- Reliable transportation to client homes in Lexington, OH

Pay
$17–$22 per hour
Schedule
- Part-time: 15 hours per week
- Monday - Friday: 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM
