Key Responsibilities
- Absorb and implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings
- Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness
- Support BCBA/LBA in training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors
- Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests
- Complete any other tasks assigned by BCBA/LBA
Qualifications
- RBT certification or willing to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment
- Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
- Experience working with children with ASD
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
