About the role

Enhance the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities through compassionate care and support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans as outlined in individualized service plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and policies.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Skills

  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of behavior analysis principles.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Pay

$15.00 per hour.
