Behavior Technician For Autism

About the role

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, be able to follow behavior plans created by a BCBA, and have excellent communication skills. The Behavior Technician will be responsible for providing direct services to clients, and providing feedback to families and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Funny and energetic, with a genuine interest in working with children with autism and behavioral challenges
• Patient and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well with others and independently
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to follow client specific goals
