About the Role
Support children with autism by implementing individualized ABA therapy plans in collaboration with a BCBA. Provide 1-on-1 in-home therapy, ensuring a safe, positive environment and delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Report daily client progress, collect and report critical data, and follow supervision to ensure proper ABA techniques.
- Observe and track client development, contributing to skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and families, maintaining confidentiality and organization in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in ABA or working with children on the autism spectrum.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain.
- Completed 40-hour RBT course or willingness to complete.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible schedules.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
