About the role
As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills. Work in homes or community settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Build skills, manage behaviors, and foster independence.
- Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
- Offer encouragement and care during sessions.
- Create a safe, structured learning environment.
- Collect and record data to guide treatment.
- Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (college preferred).
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to successfully complete all onboarding requirements.
- Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.
- Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience required.
- Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.
- Must be willing to become an RBT by completing the certification within 90 days of hire.
Schedule
Part-Time (30-32.5 hrs/week), 3-4 hrs/day, vary by client.
- Summer Schedule: M-F, 5-8 PM
- Fall Schedule: M-F, 8 AM-12 PM
