Program
ABA DAY PROGRAM
Coefficient: hourly rate of $22.22
Location: Burlington MA
Requirements
- Valid license, and reliable vehicle are required.
- Has a BA in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field, OR an Associate's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Has at least 1 year of experience working with families, youth, or adults with Autism or serious emotional/behavioral challenges.
- Is organized, a team player, and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Has a valid MA driver's license and a safe driving record (because we might need you to get around town).
Qualifications
- Has a passion for supporting adults with Autism and a flair for creativity.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Can implement and monitor behavior support plans under the guidance of our BCBA/LABA.
- Can help our participants learn and grow through skill acquisition plans tailored just for them.
- Can provide direct instruction and support to young adults on the Autism spectrum.
- Can ensure compliance with policies and procedures in a structured yet flexible environment.
