Behavior Technician Childcare Experience Needed

Responsibilities

• Teach children new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions through fun games or activities.
• Encourage progress and celebrate small victories every day.
• Maintain energy and enthusiasm during sessions.
• Track and document what you work on and how your kiddo does.
• Collaborate with a team to help families see real progress and hope.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED completed and at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses).
• Six (6) months of experience working with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
• A reliable car, valid driver's license, and insurance.
• The ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• The willingness to pass background and health checks.

Qualifications

• A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm.

Pay

$20-$25/hr

Schedule

Part-time (up to 20 hours), availability required 4-5 weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.
