Behavior Technician- Center Based

About the role

At Eleos, we provide exceptional ABA services to children with autism and their families. We only hire the highest quality candidates to ensure we provide the best services possible. This position involves providing in-home ABA services to clients in a professional and compassionate manner.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on client behavior.
• Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of caregivers.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Attend trainings to acquire further knowledge.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma (Bachelors preferred)
• Experience: 1 year working with children under 10 years old, experience as a therapist/RBT preferred.
• If not already credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the BACB, Eleos ABA will provide the training and experience necessary to obtain certification.
• Must have access to transportation to commute and be prompt to each appointment.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
