Behavior Technician (CBT) -Bremerton, WA

As an RBT/CBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA therapy, helping them build essential life skills while creating lasting, positive change. You will gain mentorship from a Doctorate-level BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
• Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
• Track and document client progress
• Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings
• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• RBT/CBT certification (or completion of 40‑hour RBT training; exam pending is acceptable)
• Active CPR certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Skills

• Experience working with children
• Passion for helping children with special needs succeed
• Reliable transportation

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor
• Willingness to actively engage in play and movement with children
• Successful background check (contingent on offer)

Pay

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Monday through Friday, 20+ hours per week
