Pay
$18 - $20 / hour based on experience. Completion of RBT certification training is paid at a lower rate.

Responsibilities
- Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
- Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide transformative therapy
- Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
- Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
- Work with children to champion skill acquisition, functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
- Celebrate victories and milestones with kids and families
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
