Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Position Type: Part-Time

Pay

• $24.00-$26.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
• $13.00/hour for all non-billable training and administrative time
• $13.00/hour paid for billable client hours worked prior to completing RBT Certification
• $200 bonus on first paycheck for candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire
• Drive time paid at state minimum wage for applicable in-home sessions
• Daily Pay — choose when you get paid

Schedule

• Monday-Friday between 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM (hours vary based on client needs and scheduling)
• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
• Block Scheduling with consistency through multiple client opportunities

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
• Collect and record data to track client progress
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Passion for helping children and families
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
