Pay
- $24.00-$26.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
- $13.00/hour for each billable client hour worked prior to completing RBT Certification
- $13.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
- $200 bonus on first paycheck for candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire
- Drive time paid at state minimum wage for applicable in-home sessions
- Daily Pay — choose when you get paid

Schedule
- Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling
- Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
- Hours are not guaranteed
Responsibilities
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
- Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
- Collect and record data to track client progress
- Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
- Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
- Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Passion for helping children and families
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
