Pay, Benefits & Perks
- Competitive pay $20.00-$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
- $16.00 for each billable client hour worked once Behavior Technician (BT) training is completed but prior to RBT Certification
- $14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
- $200 bonus on first paycheck for candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire
- Fully paid training — no experience required

- RBT Career Path Program — structured career ladder with pay increases at each level (RBT Level 1-4 and Lead RBT)
Schedule
- Part-Time, 20 hours a week
- Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (hours vary based on client needs and scheduling)
- Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
- Hours are not guaranteed
- Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check
Responsibilities
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
- Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
- Collect and record data to track client progress
- Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
- Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
- Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Passion for helping children and families
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
