Behavior Technician (BT)
About the role
At Woven Care, we've built a culture that embraces challenges: we're driven by clinical excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids, after all!). We believe in the impact of direct care, backed by BCBAs who are in the building every day and a career path that's real, from Mentor RBT to QASP-S to BCBA. We offer guaranteed hours, tuition assistance toward your next credential, and a multidisciplinary team that has your back.

- Implement approved behavior intervention and crisis management techniques
- Collaborate daily with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP)
- Track session data and celebrate real progress with kids and families
- Show up fully present — this work is active, immersive, and demanding, and the breakthroughs make it worth every bit of it
