About the role
Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join their team. The BT will work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
- Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center
- Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Certified Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
- One year of OP experience

Pay
$19.00-$21.00/hour (pending experience)
Schedule
Monday - Friday (hours vary / up to 4 evening per week till 6pm)
