Behavior Technician (BT)

About the role

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to join their team. The position involves working 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
• Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center
• Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required

$20.00-$22.00 per hour (pending experience)
