About the role
Rush Kids is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join their team. The BT will work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
- Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress
- Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in their center
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- CPR certification required
- One year of OP experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
