About the role
The Behavior Technician (BT) will work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis
- Implement ABA programs under the direction and supervision of a BCBA
- Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior
- Communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress
- Work 1:1 with children in their home and in our center
- Work 5 days a week, some evenings till 6pm
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Certified Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Ability to work with children who have Autism diagnoses

- $18.00-$22.00 /hr (pending experience)
Schedule
- Monday - Friday some evenings till 6pm
